1. Your right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. This right applies to all orders placed with Vitnnplanet Ltd.

2. Condition of returned items

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the pack must be unopened and in its original condition. Please note that, as a food supplement sold in a sealed pack, an opened jar cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and food safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(3)).

3. How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

We will acknowledge your return request promptly and provide the return address and instructions.

4. Return postage

The cost of returning the item to us is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned pack, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As your original payment was made on delivery by cash or card, we will contact you to arrange the refund by bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel your order at no charge at any point before dispatch - either during the telephone confirmation call or by contacting us by phone or email afterwards. If your order has not yet been dispatched, no return postage is needed.

7. Declining delivery (cash-on-delivery orders)

As orders are paid on delivery, you may also simply decline to accept the parcel when the courier arrives. In this case, the order will be returned to us automatically and no payment will be collected from you. Please notify us in advance where possible so we can update our records.

8. Faulty or damaged products

If your Mirara Reserve pack arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with details and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost, including return postage.
